Unlockd Group Limited is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with company number 17010163, registered office at 29 Southway, Colchester, Essex, United Kingdom, CO2 7BA. These prize conditions (Prize Conditions) provide further details about the available prize as set out below.
1.2 The General Conditions apply to each and every prize draw, including the Prize Draw mentioned at the top of this page. These Prize Conditions contain the terms and conditions for the specific prize related to the Prize Draw mentioned at the top of this page and apply to the Entrant’s entry into the Prize Draw. Entrants should read both sets of conditions as they cover information and rules that need to be followed when participating in a Prize Draw. When an Entrant enters a Prize Draw, each Entrant agrees to be bound by, and comply with, these Prize Conditions and the General Conditions.
1.3 Where a capitalised term is not defined in these Prize Conditions it is defined in the General Conditions.
1.4 There is no requirement to make a purchase or payment to Unlockd to enter a Prize Draw. There is a postal entry method if an Entrant wishes to enter without payment to Unlockd.
1.5 For the avoidance of doubt we use a random process to draw winners from all eligible entries. The process does not distinguish in any way between paid entries and postal entries.

4.1 Where there have been a sufficient number of ticket sales, a Winner will win the Property. Where there have not been a sufficient number of ticket sales, the Winner will 60% of the value of total ticket sales.
4.2 There will be an insufficient number of ticket sales where the proceeds from ticket sales do not meet or surpass the ARV of the Property. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if there have been a sufficient number of ticket sales.
4.3 The Winner may not request that the Property is substituted for the cash prize set out in clause 5.1(b) nor may the Winner request that the Property is transferred to a third party. The Promoter has the right to substitute all or part of the Property with a prize of comparable or greater value (including a cash sum equal to the ARV).
5.1 The Property is owned by the Property owner and not the Promoter. Where the Winner wins the Property, any transfer of title will be between the Winner and the Property owner. The Promoter has received a binding commitment from the Property owner that they shall transfer the Property to the Winner of the Prize Draw. Should they default in this obligation, the Promoter shall use all reasonable endeavours to enforce their obligation to transfer the Property but shall not be liable for their failure to do so.
5.2 The Property may be subject to certain covenants, restrictions and rights related to the Property’s title, and by accepting these conditions the Winner acknowledges that such risks may exist. The Winner’s conveyancer will be responsible for ensuring the Winner has full details of these rights, covenants and restrictions before the transfer takes place.
5.3 If the Prize is the Property, the Winner agrees to cooperate with the Promoter and the Property owner to complete and register the transfer of the title of the Property and will use reasonable efforts to do so within 3 months days of accepting the Property as the Prize. Where a Winner does not comply with this clause 5.3, the Promoter shall notify the Winner in writing that they are in breach and such notice shall require the Winner to remedy that breach within 30 days of receipt of the notice. In the event that the Winner does not remedy the breach within 30 days of receipt of the notice, the Promoter shall be entitled to disqualify the Winner immediately by giving the Winner written notice.
5.4 The Promoter will pay the Winner’s conveyancing fees and disbursements where they use a solicitor recommend by the Promoter. The Promoter will also pay the stamp duty land tax due in connection with the completion of the transfer of the Property. The Promoter will pay the fees, disbursements and stamp duty directly to the Winner’s conveyancer. If the Winner chooses to use a conveyancer that is not recommended by the Promoter, the Promoter will not pay the Winner’s conveyancing but will still pay the stamp duty. If the Winner decides not to accept a transfer of the Property during the process, the Promoter will not pay the Winner’s conveyancing fees and costs and the Winner will be responsible to pay the conveyancer’s fees where the Winner uses a solicitor recommended by the Promoter.
5.5 Where a Winner decides not to accept a transfer of the Property or in the event that the Winner is disqualified the Promoter will carry out a further draw to select an alternative Winner and the General Conditions will apply to the re-draw.
